Transport companies that use the REEFUEL (bio-LNG and e-LNG) alternative fuel that is manufactured in Germany are able to reduce their emissions and thus help improve climate protection.
Start of construction in Burghaun: A group of top executives, along with politicians from the German state of Hesse, attended a REEFUELERY groundbreaking ceremony yesterday for one of the world’s largest production facilities for biofuels and synthetic fuels. The facility is being built in an optimal strategic location in the middle of Germany.
With an investment volume of approximately €50 million, the project marks a milestone in the transformation process that will lead to the establishment of a climate-friendly transport sector. Indeed, the facility will make it possible to reduce the environmental footprint in the transport sector by up to 550,000 tonnes of CO2 per year.
